- Limited license is granted for personal educational use during and after course completion

- Course methodologies and training frameworks are proprietary to TechHelp Pro
User-Generated Content
- Students retain ownership of original work created during courses
- By submitting content, users grant us license to use it for educational and promotional purposes
- User content must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms
Third-Party Materials
- Course content may include third-party materials used under appropriate licenses
- Students must comply with third-party license terms when using such materials

We support student learning but cannot ensure specific career outcomes.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Student Cancellation
- Before course start: Full refund minus €50 administrative fee
- Within first week: 80% refund of course fees
- Within second week: 50% refund of course fees
- After second week: No refund available
- Refunds processed within 14 business days
TechHelp Pro Cancellation
- We may cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
- Full refund provided for courses cancelled by us
- Alternative course dates or formats may be offered
- Force majeure events may require schedule changes
- Reasonable notice provided for any cancellations
Special Circumstances
Refund exceptions may be considered for medical emergencies, family crises, or other extraordinary circumstances. All requests must be submitted in writing with appropriate documentation for review by our administration team.
7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Resolution Process
- Informal Resolution: Contact us directly to discuss concerns and seek mutual resolution
- Mediation: If informal discussion fails, we encourage mediation through Cyprus dispute resolution services
- Arbitration: Binding arbitration may be required for unresolved disputes
- Legal Action: Court proceedings as a last resort within Cyprus jurisdiction
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus
- Cyprus courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes

8. Termination

Effects of Termination
- Access to course materials and services will cease
- Certain provisions of these terms will survive termination
- Outstanding fees remain due and payable
- Intellectual property rights continue to apply
9. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between users and TechHelp Pro regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
Assignment
Users may not assign their rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations with reasonable notice.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
